PUMICE STONE FOR STONE WASH OF DENIM (JEANS):
Pumice stone is utilized since 1983 in the textile industry for stone washed jeans. We produce pure crystalline natural, washed and rounded pumice stone of the highest quality (with excellent liquid absorption) in various calibers (as per clients demand), with ideal hardness for a good stone wash production output. Our washed and rounded little caliber pumice stone is ideal for special wash of light wear or delicate fabrics. Our duty is to satisfy the clients technical (washing) needs with full quality support. As heavy non developed pumice stones and foreign stones of a not-well cleaned pumice stone damages fabrics during the stone wash process, we guarantee a trouble free, clean pumice stone through our unique washing and impurities separating system. Our pumice stone is being washed, cleaned from other volcanic stones, impurities and metaloxides containing stones, well calibrated, rounded and packed in strong pp bags for export. This is the key of a successful stone wash process without problems.

Special washing system: Through our unique washing system we separate the non developed pumice stones (heavy pumice stones) and foreign stones and select the light pumice stones which are ideal for a good stone wash.

Double rounding system: We utilise a double rounding system where we roll the pumice stones in rotating cylinders of perforated metalic sheets with sharp razer blades edges inside, where we eliminate the sharp edges of the pumice stone and round it in order not to damage the delicate fabrics or the denim products during the stone wash process.
